ROOM-BY-ROOM PLANNING

MLISSIA room packages: two illustrative furniture schedules

Two planning examples for a two-bedroom apartment and a villa, connecting living, dining and bedroom furniture with clear item references.

These two illustrative purchase schedules show how to request a connected MLISSIA furniture proposal. They are planning examples, not reported customer projects, fixed commercial packages or live quotations. Quantities describe the example brief; product references, dimensions and prices come from the actual proposal.

A two-bedroom apartment: resolve the everyday rooms together

For a finished apartment, review the living room, dining area and bedrooms as one selection. Start with the sofa and bed footprints, then place companion tables and chairs around the routes people use. Retain any existing fitted storage in the plan.

A villa: keep formal, family and guest spaces distinct

A larger home benefits from a shared material direction with different furniture choices by room. The main living room may centre on conversation; a family room can have a separate seating brief. Guest rooms can repeat a selected product while keeping their own quantities and access information.

Include the complete property in the brief

Alongside the furniture schedule, record kitchen cabinets and islands; wardrobes and walk-in closets; living-room cabinetry and TV units; bathroom vanities; wall panels; interior doors and fitted storage. Show these finishes on the same plan and identify the producer, measurer and installer in the relevant proposal. The companion whole-home supply matrix helps assign that work.

Turn the preferred room scheme into an approval set

StagePractical output
First enquiryRoom names, example item IDs, the measured plan, retained furniture and destination.
SelectionCurrent model references, quantities and the relationship between furniture groups.
Material reviewAccepted finish and upholstery references linked to the chosen items.
Final proposalAn itemised furniture quotation with agreed drawings and service scope.
Arrival planningRoom-labelled packages, access details and the named receiving and assembly parties.

Use the same item IDs in the plan, quote and receiving list. If a sofa configuration changes, update that row and the layout together. If a dining chair is supplied separately, retain it in the master plan and show its actual seller. This keeps the home coherent while making each order easy to follow.
